keraGEN IV® is a novel keratin-based oral supplement designed to enhance the health and appearance of hair, skin, and nails. Utilising the bioactive properties of keratin, a crucial protein for structural integrity and resilience, keraGEN IV® is supported by extensive in-vitro, ex-vivo, and in-vivo studies, establishing it as the only scientifically validated keratin supplement on the market.

This double-blind, placebo-controlled study involved 65 female participants aged 45-60 over a 60-day period. Key findings demonstrated significant improvements in hair loss, hair cortex integrity, skin barrier function, and skin elasticity among those taking keraGEN IV® compared to the placebo group. Participants reported perceived enhancements in hair and skin health, with no significant adverse effects.

Key benefits of keraGEN IV® include a significant reduction in hair loss, with a 43.1% reduction in hair loss after 60 days, as confirmed by the hair pull test. Additionally, there was a 17.6% increase in hair cortex integrity, evidenced by enhanced birefringence. Skin health improvements included a 12.5% reduction in Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL) and a 10.1% increase in skin elasticity. Furthermore, 56.2% of participants experienced improved nail strength.

In conclusion, keraGEN IV® distinguishes itself as the only keratin supplement validated through extensive scientific research, including in-vitro, ex-vivo, and in-vivo studies. keraGEN IV® provides a scientifically backed solution for enhancing hair, skin, and nail health. It offers comprehensive benefits, including improved hair strength, reduced hair loss, and enhanced skin elasticity and barrier function, making it an effective supplement for maintaining and improving overall appearance and health.
